Vatica Health is hiring a Marketing Specialist to build and sustain market-facing stories and sales enablement content that strengthen our brand and support growth. You will own the development of compelling narratives and translate them into sales-ready materials for our revenue teams engaging health plans and provider organizations.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain compelling sales stories and pitch materials that translate market insights, product capabilities, competitive differentiation, and demonstrated success into clear value propositions.
- Partner with Growth, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand buyer pain points, objections, and decision drivers, converting those insights into persuasive sales narratives.
- Maintain current knowledge of product offerings, customer outcomes, and the competitive landscape to continuously strengthen messaging effectiveness.
- Develop and manage structured, repeatable messaging frameworks for consistent use across sales conversations and partnership discussions.
- Translate core messaging into executive-ready sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and supporting collateral to enable selling across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Transform complex clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory concepts into clear, visually compelling, and professional materials for Commercial teams.
- Create meaningful visuals (infographics, diagrams, conceptual frameworks) that simplify healthcare delivery, value-based care, risk adjustment, and quality performance models.
- Ensure all messaging reflects healthcare compliance considerations, regulatory sensitivity, and brand integrity.
- Support training and adoption of key content and messaging frameworks across Growth and Customer Success teams.
- Track usage and performance of sales materials, proactively gathering feedback and recommending improvements to strengthen the overall sales content portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing sales enablement materials for complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Advanced presentation development skills with ability to create polished, clear, market-ready sales decks and related growth content.
- Exceptional writing and visual storytelling skills using PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools.
- Proven ability to synthesize stakeholder perspectives, market information, and product capabilities into compelling and persuasive narratives.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional, high-quality deliverables.
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive continued improvement in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting value-based care, risk adjustment or quality improvement.
- Familiarity with healthcare buying dynamics of health plans and provider organizations.

You will partner closely across Growth, Customer Success, Marketing and executive leadership. This role reports to the EVP of Commercial Operations.
