About the Role

Delivery Hero is looking for a Marketing Operations Sr Analyst to join our regional marketing operations team. In this role, you will be central to marketing plan execution and specific projects across multiple LATAM markets, driving initiative efficiency and ensuring strong alignment between local and regional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate in the development of strategic planning and execution of specific marketing projects in multiple LATAM markets.
  • Work together with regional and local teams to drive area initiatives and optimize resources.
  • Partner with cross-functional areas to improve internal processes and ensure correct communications execution for optimal user experience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance results for area initiatives and projects.
  • Analyze data and provide insights for continuous optimization opportunities.
  • Work on optimizing and executing marketing campaign structures, incentive strategies, and in-app user content exposure.
  • Coordinate and plan strategic area meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on action items.

What We're Looking For

  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in analytical marketing roles or similar positions.
  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for making data-driven decisions.
  • Good command of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience handling analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Google Tools, Big Query, Looker, and PowerBI.
