Verallia is hiring a Marketing Operations Intern for a 12-month apprenticeship starting in September 2026. You will join the Marketing team at Verallia France to coordinate and promote operational marketing initiatives, gaining hands-on project management experience. This role offers a significant impact in an industry with strong environmental commitments and a defined circular economy approach.

What You'll Do

Manage the 'Verallia Design Awards' design competition end-to-end, coordinating with all stakeholders (candidates, jury, sponsors, journalists, suppliers).
Animate the competition's digital presence: update the website, manage email campaigns and social media, primarily Instagram.
Create content (text, video, image) and execute the communication strategy for the website and social channels.
Organize event logistics for the jury meeting and the competition awards ceremony.
Create a post-mortem analysis of the previous edition and develop recommendations for the next one.
Support Market Managers and the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing product communication actions through internal channels (newsletter, collaboration tools, events) and external channels (website, client portal, email campaigns, trade shows).
Provide operational support to Market Managers for organizing other annual events (trade shows, forums).

What We're Looking For

Education at Bac +4/5 level with a specialization in marketing or communications.
Availability for a 1-year apprenticeship on a schedule of 4 days in-office / 1 day in training.
Proficiency with office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and organization.
Autonomy and appreciation for working within a dynamic team.
Proactivity, a proposal-driven mindset, and curiosity.

Nice to Have

First experience in Marketing through internships, summer jobs, or a previous apprenticeship.
Familiarity with WordPress, Photoshop, Instagram, and Canva.
