We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager (m/w/d) starting 01.01.2026 to advance our corporate brand portfolio. We aim to recruit a marketing generalist comfortable navigating diverse professional marketing domains. Primary responsibilities include: • Collaborating on marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition • Event and trade fair planning and execution • Designing, implementing, and analyzing online and offline marketing campaigns • Coordinating with internal teams and external service providers • Developing sales support materials and lead generation initiatives • Measuring success and optimizing efforts through relevant KPIs Additional potential responsibilities: • Managing and evolving social media channels alongside social media team • Creating content for multiple platforms (website, blog, newsletter, social media) • Maintaining and developing online presences • Supporting CRM & Customer Journey teams Required qualifications: • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent • Multiple years of marketing experience, preferably in similar roles • Creativity, proactive approach, and analytical thinking • Proficient with graphic and analytics tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics) • Excellent communication skills in German and English We use informal "Du" communication.
