We are a digital advertising agency specializing in email marketing (E-Commerce) and have developed into a market leader in the DACH region over the past years. To successfully implement the next growth steps, we are seeking a proactive Founder's Associate with a hands-on mentality who will support our daily operations. You will work directly with the founder and management of our 30-person agency. Tasks • Event and Partner Coordination: You organize our own event series "Pre Com", coordinate co-marketing activities with Klaviyo, and support planning and executing trade fair appearances. • Coordination: You coordinate both internal and external appointments and business trips (trade fairs, customer visits, workations, etc.) • Sales Assistance & Follow-up: You accompany our sales process - from following up on cold emails to scheduling appointments and conducting initial introductory meetings with potential customers. You call qualified leads and ensure no inquiry is left unaddressed. • CRM & Process Maintenance: You maintain our CRM, keep deals current, and ensure follow-ups occur at the right time. • Marketing & External Appearance: You coordinate our organic content marketing - blog, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts - and ensure our external presence remains professional. • Recruiting: You review incoming applications and conduct initial interviews with candidates. Qualifications • Level: You have already gained initial experience in sales assistance, project coordination, or marketing roles - or convince us with your organizational talent, reliability, and communicative telephone manner. • Communication: You have no reservations about contacting people by phone - whether for appointment scheduling, lead follow-up, or event coordination. • Tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and CRM systems are not foreign to you. If you have already worked with Klaviyo or Make.com, that's a plus. • Education / Studies: Irrelevant - what matters is what you can deliver today and how well you fit into our team. • Languages: Very good German in speech and writing is a prerequisite, good English skills are advantageous.
