Our client is currently establishing a completely new D2C segment - including their own fulfillment & logistics system. Everything from scratch: new building, new processes, full design flexibility. 💥 Tasks - Construction & management of the entire fulfillment and warehouse system starting 2027. - Including building and leading your future team (warehouse staff, shipping employees, logistics planners, etc.) - In the meantime: Management & coordination of a fulfillment service provider. - Process management & ERP - ensuring everything runs smoothly and readily improvising good and quick interim solutions. Qualifications - Experience in E-Commerce fulfillment or logistics (ideally in establishing or scaling new structures) - Solid knowledge of warehouse and shipping processes, returns management, and process optimization - Nice to have, but not mandatory: Experience with ERP systems, preferably Xentral - Experience managing external logistics service providers (3PL) - Ability to build and lead teams (e.g., warehouse, shipping, logistics planning) - High hands-on mentality, pragmatic work approach, and enjoyment of collaborative design Benefits - Experience an exciting growth phase and help shape one of the most crucial areas! - 32 vacation days - Great team with startup spirit.
