Hunt St is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute brand, marketing, and communications initiatives across a group of companies. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering consistent messaging to stakeholders, customers, and the broader Australian community.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media.
- Oversee content creation for websites, newsletters, blogs, and electronic billboard ads.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute promotional strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing materials.
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Uphold brand, visual, and editorial standards.
- Plan, organize, and promote public-facing events and company announcements.
- Partner with leadership to align marketing initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and client services teams to support business development.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing and communication strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, particularly in professional services.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
