Responsibilities

- Monitor event budgets and report on spending
- Gather post-event feedback and generate performance summaries
- Support the development of event marketing campaigns
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for staff and guests
- Maintain event calendars and scheduling tools
- Troubleshoot issues during event execution
- Liaise with external partners and sponsors
- Assist in designing event layouts and digital platforms
- Track event metrics and report key outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards
- Manage inventory of promotional materials
- Support social media promotion around events
- Update internal stakeholders on event progress
- Develop checklists and standard operating procedures for recurring events
