This role leads marketing measurement within the Growth department, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing & Media Measurement. It involves managing the marketing effectiveness framework, converting MMM outputs into media investment guidance, and developing reporting systems that support data-driven decisions across Growth, Finance, and Data teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing effectiveness framework and turn MMM results into actionable media investment strategies
- Create and establish effectiveness reporting tools and dashboards
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and refine tools, from MMM dashboards to budget optimization interfaces
- Set and monitor KPIs for marketing performance across channels, aligned with marketing and Finance teams
- Act as the main liaison between media/marketing teams and measurement functions
- Lead scenario modeling and budget allocation exercises based on measurement insights
- Ensure stakeholders are informed on the progress and status of effectiveness tools and initiatives
- Identify ways to enhance marketing ROI through data-backed recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media research, media agency, marketing analytics, or growth marketing
- Experience building a marketing measurement product from initial scoping through deployment
- Strong knowledge of measurement methodologies including MMM, incrementality testing, and attribution
- Familiarity with tools for scenario planning and budget optimization
- Proficient in analyzing data outputs independently, with minimal technical support
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in a matrixed environment
- Fluent in English
