Puig is hiring a Graduate Product Manager – Makeup for a 1-year contract position based in Barcelona. This role within the Carolina Herrera HQ department will support teams in developing future product projects and marketing plans for the brand.
What You'll Do
- Support Product Managers across all stages of the product development process, from market analysis to concept creation for new launches.
- Assist in innovation development, coordinating the creation of all supporting materials for timely, successful launches.
- Prepare and design high-quality marketing presentations for key business meetings.
- Craft detailed design briefs for creative partners, overseeing packaging design, artwork execution, and mockup creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Provide cross-category support through back-office coordination, managing samples and overseeing product inventory.
What We're Looking For
- This is a graduate contract; you cannot have more than 3 professional experiences after your last degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position as an Intern or Apprentice.
- University Degree or Master from a Business School, with a specialization in Marketing, design, or art.
- Mandatory fluency in Spanish & English.
- A passionate, creative candidate with strong communication skills.
- Special sensibility and taste, mixed with strong organizational skills.
- Sensitivity to the Fashion and beauty industry.
- A flexible and reactive working style.
Nice to Have
- French language skills.
