The Marketing Designer at Invisible Technologies will work across marketing, sales, product, and talent teams to create impactful visual assets that communicate our services and strengthen our employer brand. This role is central to evolving our brand identity, leading campaign design, and building scalable systems that reflect our bold and sophisticated voice.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and talent teams to create visual assets that sell services and inspire talent to join the company
- Evolve the brand and make meaningful choices about visual identity
- Roll out brand updates coherently in collaboration with marketing, product, and sales
- Collaborate with the marketing lead on concrete campaigns and create one-time advertisements
- Create visual assets including videos, infographics, animations, and other visuals that communicate important relationships and ideas
- Build and maintain a library of reusable company assets
- Ensure the website and collateral components are up to date, coherent with product, and evolve with the brand on a predictable timeline
- Turn existing brand assets into a generative design system that reflects the full breadth of the company's offerings
- Manage workflows with an external design provider by directing and instructing an outside team to create assets

- Possesses a learning mindset — able to quickly gain proficiency in a variety of media and tools
- Capable of learning new tools independently, such as through YouTube tutorials, and applying them quickly
