Anchour is looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team. You will lead the design and execution of digital campaigns across paid social, emails, landing pages, and broader campaign systems. Your role is to shape campaign concepts, elevate design systems, and guide the production of marketing creative across channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute high-quality digital campaign creative across channels, including paid social, display, email marketing, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to develop campaign concepts and creative directions.
- Bring a data-informed eye to creative decisions, understanding platform behavior and what drives engagement.
- Build and extend campaign systems that hold together across formats, placements, and scale.
- Create compelling static and animated ad creative that balances visual storytelling with performance marketing best practices.
- Design marketing emails and templates that are visually compelling and strategically structured.
- Oversee and support the production of campaign deliverables across all formats and placements.
- Articulate creative rationale and strategic decisions clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Iterate and refine work based on feedback, strategic objectives, and performance insights.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Continuously explore emerging digital trends, platform changes, and creative processes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years designing campaign creative at a digital or creative agency.
- Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Ability to bring static designs to life with light motion using After Effects or similar tools.
- Solid working knowledge of best practices, technical specs, and campaign objectives for Meta and Google Display.
- Actively using AI tools in your creative process for concepting, image generation, or production.
- A strong eye for typography, grid systems, color theory, information hierarchy, and composition.
- You design campaigns, not just assets, with work that holds together across formats, placements, and scale.
- You sweat the details and self-edit well, bringing the same level of care to a quick-turn ad as to a full campaign.
- You take initiative, manage your own workload, and drive projects from concept to completion.
- You work well with copywriters, strategists, and clients, speak up when you have questions, and take feedback well.
