Innodata Inc is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst for a 6-month contract position. You will analyze consumer behavior and campaign performance to drive strategic decisions. This role requires 3+ years of experience extracting actionable insights to optimize marketing ROI.
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including web analytics, social media, and CRM tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Monitor overall marketing performance, evaluate ROI for direct marketing spend, and conduct A/B testing to refine strategies.
- Create dashboards, comprehensive reports, and presentations using data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and consumer buying intentions to inform marketing strategies.
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data-based roles.
- Proficiency in analytical tools for data analysis and visualization, like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong data interpretation and analysis skills for working with large data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Effective communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing principles, digital advertising, and consumer behavior patterns.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and trend identification.
- Adaptability and an eagerness to stay on top of industry trends and adapt to new analytical methods.
- Problem-solving skills for identifying challenges within data findings and finding creative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly within marketing and product development.
