CloudLinux is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to act as the operational backbone for our marketing team, ensuring projects are organized and tracked in our fast-paced, growing environment. You'll coordinate a wide range of marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors from anywhere in the world.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate various marketing projects, including webinars, offline events, website rebranding, partner activities, and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholder teams to support the execution of product launches and large-scale events.
- Track key deadlines, deliverables, and action items for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with planning and organizing trade shows, events, and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate the work of a team of in-house and outsourced professionals, such as web developers and designers.
- Coordinate the production and publication of creative assets, including ebooks, reports, and sales collateral.
- Oversee social media distribution and blog posts.
- Assist in maintaining the corporate website.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, target demographics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product, and design, and external vendors, including agencies and printers.
What We're Looking For
- C1 level (Advanced) or higher English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
- Project Management experience and/or certifications.
- Marketing experience, with a diverse background preferred.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, growing deadline-driven startup environment.
- Strong self-motivation and a drive to achieve committed milestones.
- The ability to independently analyze a task and find the right solution.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS technology company is a big plus.
- Strong research ability is a big plus.
