Role Overview

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will bring marketing strategies to life at the duty-free retail space within Seattle Tacoma International Airport. Your work will focus on translating brand initiatives into engaging in-store experiences through visual displays, seasonal campaigns, and promotional setups that align with corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and install visually compelling product displays that guide customer flow and highlight key offerings
  • Source and manage inventory of display props, signage, and campaign materials
  • Coordinate with external vendors and brand representatives to ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing plans
  • Lead the setup and changeover of promotional areas, adapting layouts for new product launches or seasonal themes
  • Submit signage requests by collecting accurate measurements and specifications
  • Document marketing activations through photography and content capture for internal and commercial use
  • Maintain compliance with merchandising standards across all product categories
  • Develop and present creative concepts to internal stakeholders for review and implementation
  • Track campaign costs and manage resources within established budgets
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with demonstrated skills in visual merchandising, organization, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong interpersonal abilities and creative problem-solving are essential. A degree in marketing or a similar discipline is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The role is based at the duty-free retail location within the airport terminal.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $25.59 to $28.43.
