VirtualResource (VR) is hiring a Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our brand and support sales and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will drive the creation of compelling sales materials and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to enhance engagement and pipeline growth.
What You'll Do
- Drive targeted ABM campaigns in partnership with Sales, creating personalized outreach and multi-channel engagement.
- Produce high-impact, on-brand sales materials like pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and one-pagers using advanced PowerPoint and visual storytelling.
- Develop content for events, ABM programmes, and broader campaigns, turning complex information into clear messaging.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, campaign execution, and workflow automation.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership on aligned initiatives, maintaining organised project documentation and campaign plans.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, communications, and follow-ups, measuring performance and providing insights.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in ABM, marketing, and event coordination.
- Proven expertise in PowerPoint and desktop publishing.
- Strong understanding of Account Based Marketing principles and sales-aligned marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Canva plus experience with design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity, content creation, and campaign performance.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or B2B professional services.
- Familiarity with the Workday ecosystem or HR technology.
- Experience delivering LinkedIn-based ABM using Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Experience partnering with sales teams on pipeline and account growth.
- Event logistics, performance tracking, and ROI reporting experience.
