About the Role

Every is looking for a Marketing and Community Management Intern (m/w/d) for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will directly influence our community and learn modern marketing and community management while gaining insights into the application of AI in customer care. This is ideal for ambitious talents aiming to build a future in marketing and customer success at a mission-driven consumer startup.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and moderate our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Moderate comments to foster a positive and respectful community atmosphere.
  • Test and apply AI tools in customer care, community management, and content moderation.
  • Process customer inquiries and support tickets collaboratively with the team.
  • Prepare community feedback and trends for marketing and product teams.
  • Analyze support ticket data to identify improvement potential.
  • Collaborate on projects to optimize internal customer service processes.
  • Participate in initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to incorporate customer feedback.
  • Create regular overviews and small reports on key service metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or holding a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, or a related field.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to optimize processes based on data.
  • High service orientation and enjoyment of communicating with customers.
  • Structured and independent way of working.
  • Hands-on mentality and team spirit.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the field of customer support or customer care.
