Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Claims Specialist II to manage a portfolio of insurance claims. In this remote role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end claims process, ensuring fair and efficient outcomes for our policyholders.
What You'll Do
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle moderate to high complexity insurance claims
- Analyze coverage and determine liability based on policy terms and evidence
- Communicate proactively with customers, agents, and third parties
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory compliance standards
- Identify subrogation opportunities and potential fraud indicators
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in insurance claims handling or a related field
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating coverage and determining liability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
- Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and claims processes
