Hydro-Québec is hiring a Marketing Advisor III to lead the planning and development of major projects for commercial tools and systems across our territories and operational units. We are proud to have produced renewable energy since 1944 and are mobilizing Quebec's collective strength to accelerate the energy transition.
What You'll Do
- Plan and develop major projects related to tools and systems in the company's territories and operational units in the commercial domain.
- Propose development orientations and strategies within your field of activity and ensure their follow-up.
- Design, develop, and coordinate sectoral or corporate frameworks, including policies, directives, and action plans.
- Integrate key elements of your function to guide its evaluation.
- Act as a spokesperson or expert in your field.
- Guide training initiatives.
- Support product, offer, or program launches and measure their performance.
What We're Looking For
- A first-cycle university degree (Bachelor's) in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in product, offer, and program conception, development, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of strategic conception (analysis, orientation, definition, and business rules) and the operational development of an offer, product, or program (processes, tools, customer journey).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities in multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to analyze, document, and translate strategic ideas or business needs into concrete operational recommendations while considering customer needs.
- Ability to support launch preparation, measure performance, identify improvements, and propose optimizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and in a structured manner.
- Good knowledge of residential clientele.
- Appropriate knowledge of the French language for the function.
- Mastery of the Strategic Vision behavioral competency.

Work Mode
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a flexible telework program depending on the nature of the work. The primary location is Montréal.
