Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Market Access Managers.
- Develop and implement market access strategies for aesthetic products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and reimbursement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and payers.
- Prepare and present market access plans and updates to senior leadership.
- Monitor and report on market access performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with market access.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Support the launch of new products and indications.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for market expansion.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align market access strategies with commercial objectives.
- Manage budget and resources allocated to market access initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare policies and reimbursement landscapes.
- Develop and maintain market access tools and templates.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to represent the company.
- Contribute to the development of market access policies and procedures.
- Provide input on pricing and reimbursement strategies.
- Support the development of value dossiers and health economic models.
- Collaborate with medical affairs to ensure scientific accuracy in market access materials.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to market access activities.
- Support the development of market access training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Experience in the aesthetics industry.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Experience in working with global teams.
- Knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system and market access landscape.
- Experience in using market access tools and templates.
- Familiarity with health economic models and value dossiers.
- Experience in participating in industry conferences and events.
- Knowledge of pricing and reimbursement strategies.
