3045 Becton Dickinson Global Services Centre Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will plan, schedule, and drive project completion to develop, qualify, and implement manufacturing equipment, processes, and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Execute CTW (cost saving efforts) and continuous improvement projects.
- Serve as the technical lead for projects and lead technical project execution.
- Generate actionable cost savings and continuous improvement ideas.
- Develop assembly and test procedures, create written instructions, and review with document users.
- Develop and maintain specifications and procedures for manufacturing, test, and inspection processes.
- Develop, create, and qualify manufacturing and test equipment.
- Coordinate with divisional and plant functional groups to evaluate and implement changes to products and processes.
- Communicate change status to functional groups and plant management.
- Design and develop processes to optimize process flow, reduce variability, improve operating capabilities, and ensure operator safety.
- Create and update PFMEA and risk analysis documentation.
- Identify the need for validation of manufacturing equipment, processes, and support systems.
- Lead the validation and qualification effort for equipment and processes (IQ, OQ, and PQ).
- Maintain a working knowledge of company policies, ISO, and FDA requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a manufacturing environment within a regulated industry.
Technical Stack
- CAD and 3D modeling.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional plant groups.
Work Mode
This role is onsite in Zelienople, Pennsylvania.
