LearnWorlds is hiring a Manual QA Engineer to be a key guardian of product quality and user experience. You will be an integral part of a development team, ensuring our e-learning platform delivers reliably and elegantly to our users.
What You'll Do
- Test all new features before release to our customers.
- Work with support and development teams to document, analyze, and resolve customer issues as second-layer support.
- Verify that new features function correctly across all major browsers and devices.
- Validate, document, and track customer-reported issues.
- Perform thorough regression testing following bug resolutions.
What We're Looking For
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the QA field.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
- Team-oriented mentality with the ability to excel in a flat organizational structure.
- Excellent prioritization and scheduling skills.
- Familiarity with multiple testing types, including UI/UX web applications, mobile apps, responsive UI, and API testing.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI applications in QA work.
- Experience using JIRA.
- Basic programming knowledge.
- ISTQB Certification.
