Holywater Tech is hiring a Manual QA Engineer for our consumer product, My Muse. You will be responsible for ensuring high product quality through thorough testing and process improvement, directly impacting the experience for millions of users.
What You'll Do
- Test the My Muse mobile application on iOS and Android platforms.
- Test the new My Muse web platform.
- Write, maintain, and update test documentation: guides, test cases, and checklists.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify bugs and potential product improvements.
- Identify defects and create detailed bug reports.
- Participate in improving QA processes on the project and propose optimizations for more effective testing.
- Participate in release planning, support releases, and test updates before deployment to production.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high product quality.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months of practical experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- 6+ months of practical experience testing web applications.
- Experience working with test documentation: test cases, checklists, and bug reports.
- Understanding of mobile/web purchasing specifics and product monetization principles.
- Experience working in Agile teams: participation in sprints, release planning, and retrospectives.
- English language proficiency at the Intermediate level.
- Ability to effectively use AI for your goals and tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Firebase and Amplitude for collecting and analyzing metrics.
- Experience working with Growthbook.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and its use. Experience testing localizations.
- Understanding of the product lifecycle and how product companies operate.
