Pratt & Whitney (RTX Corporation) is hiring a Manager, SAP Security to play a critical role in a major, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation. In this remote position, you will apply your deep expertise in SAP application security to design, build, and support systems for the ERP Transformation Project, with a focus on applications including GTS, EWM, MDG, BW, ARIBA, and BTP.
What You'll Do
- Gather requirements to drive the overall security design and processes for the ERP Transformation Project.
- Configure, build, and support testing and go-live activities for all relevant ERP applications.
- Act as a liaison between IT, internal and external audit teams, and functional business stakeholders to ensure systems meet regulations and compliance requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to automate provisioning processes using available IAM, GRC, and IAG solutions.
- Develop and support security priorities, and create and maintain security standards and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree or equivalent experience plus 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree plus 5+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience applying SAP security features and best practices.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong understanding of the SAP Authorization concept.
- Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management principles, including least privilege access, RBAC, and UI masking.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience with security and compliance tools.
- 5+ years in the SAP Security and Compliance arena covering Role Based Access Controls and UI Masking for the listed applications.
- Experience providing technical security expertise into complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with business teams.

Work Mode
