Deel is hiring a Manager, Sales Development, SMB | DACH

At Deel, we're creating the infrastructure for the future of work. As Manager, Sales Development, SMB | DACH, you will develop, train, and hire a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are the first interaction with prospective customers, driving a high-performance culture to achieve sales development goals for our SMB segment in the DACH region.

What You'll Do

• Manage, develop, and hire for a rapidly growing team of sales development representatives.
• Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales development goals.
• Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership regularly.
• Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.
• Motivate team members through creative incentives.
• Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated sales or sales leadership role.
• Experience at a high growth tech company that sells into mid-market and enterprise companies.
• Highly fluent in designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences, and best practices.
• Experience with scaling an SDR team, including career paths, compensation plans, and segmenting.
• Use data and analytics to drive decision making, identify areas for improvement, and track progress.
• Great at motivating and inspiring SDRs to high performance.
