In this role, you will be responsible for the research, analysis, and collection of data to generate critical insights and reporting. You will ensure the accuracy of project information and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage the production of quarterly status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for Project Managers.
- Collaborate with Directors of International Projects, Canadian Branch Projects, and Corporate Premises Projects to ensure accuracy in project statuses and database information.
- Identify areas of concern such as budget overruns and project schedule delays.
- Assist Directors in setting annual project budgets.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency through automation and digital solutions.
- Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Analytics.
