Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Manager, Omnichannel to ensure high‑quality, seamless operations across our digital ecosystem. You will manage the daily execution that directly impacts our audience engagement and experience.
What You'll Do
- Execute daily omnichannel activities and run channel operations across web, CRM, SEO/SGE, email, and other platforms.
- Maintain and optimize channel performance, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve UX.
- Implement journeys, campaigns, and content, ensuring timely delivery of assets, tagging, configurations, and activation.
- Support personalization and next-best-action (NBA) deployment by executing segmentation and logic rules.
- Manage agencies and operations vendors, coordinating briefs, timelines, milestones, quality checks, and approvals.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness, maintaining strict adherence to governance, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven operational excellence and a strong focus on detail.
- Digital fluency, a continuous improvement mindset, and a first experience in project management.
- An analytical and optimization mindset, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability, collaboration, excellent communication skills, and high learning agility.
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical if required, and be 18 years of age or older.
