Aledade is hiring a remote Manager, Network Contracting to join our Strategic Payer Partnerships team. You will play a key role in building and managing payer relationships to support value-based care.
What You'll Do
- Lead contracting initiatives with payer partners
- Negotiate and manage network agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align contracts with strategic goals
- Analyze contract performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with payer representatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in network contracting, payer relations, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of value-based care models and healthcare reimbursement
- Ability to analyze complex agreements and data
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in Austin, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, or Atlanta, GA.
