What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive learning experiences and curricula.
- Analyze performance gaps and business needs to define learning objectives.
- Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to all projects.
- Manage the end-to-end learning design process, from analysis to evaluation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in instructional design and learning program management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives.
- Expertise in learning needs analysis and evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic, problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing learning for a large, distributed workforce.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
