Wasserman is hiring a Manager, Experience - Production

About the Role

Teamwass, part of Wasserman’s Experiential Team, is looking for a Manager, Experience - Production. This key role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various aspects of agency projects, from brief to execution. You will ensure all project resources are allocated and delivered on-time, on-budget, and to quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and manage various elements of large-scale projects from planning through execution.
  • Work collaboratively with all Wasserman account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against client objectives and budget.
  • Manage vendor relationships with audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, graphics, digital technology, venues, labor, and other project executional vendors.
  • Ensure agency suppliers meet Wasserman standards of sustainability, ethical purchasing, diversity, quality control and pricing.
  • Regularly communicate with agency and client teams regarding roles, responsibilities, budget, schedules, and project status.
  • Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $250k+, ensuring projects are correctly budgeted and meet financial targets.
  • Develop production schedules, run of shows, and enforce deliverable dates key to program success.
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring all client needs are addressed in a timely fashion.
  • Manage and develop relationships with Wasserman trusted suppliers and third parties.
  • Create a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on company culture and values.
  • Promote team environment, provide work direction, guidance, coaching, professional development and training.
  • Guide team on deliverables and establish best practices with project management.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-4 years relevant and increasing operations experience.
  • Comfortable working as an integral part of a team environment.
  • Continuously demonstrates solution-oriented mentality.
  • Ability to lead and inspire other team members and generate positive morale.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to proactively meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in the experiential, sports or entertainment field.
  • Agency experience.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $65-72K
