ALDO Group is hiring a Manager of Engineering Design to lead the Engineering Design Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the department to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and profitability of all engineering projects.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees and supervisors within your assigned area or department.
- Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Develop processes to ensure the successful completion of tasks supporting your department or projects.
- Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.
- Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
- Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
