dsm-firmenich is seeking a Manager, D&T, Cyber Security Risk & Assurance to lead our cyber security risk management processes and continuous controls monitoring. You will play a central role in identifying and assessing risks, working closely with Cyber Chapters, business units, and partners while engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, maintain, and improve the core elements of the Cyber Security Risk & Compliance Framework and the Continuous Control Monitoring process.
- Execute Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Effectiveness (TOE) for Cyber Security controls.
- Report and monitor results of risk assessments and TOE activities.
- Support the deviation management process.
- Support risk and control owners by providing oversight, challenge, and advice on key decisions, participating in key projects, and proactively signaling trends and potential risks.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in digital, IT, Cyber Security, Risk Management, Internal Control, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Advanced understanding of Cyber Security Risk Management and internal control/auditing principles.
- Practical understanding of key information security standards like ISO27001, NIST, and IEC62443.
- Strong business partnering skills with a problem-solving mindset, can-do mentality, and ability to influence without authority.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with different organizational levels and sensitive to multicultural environments.
Nice to Have
- Interest or experience in quantified risk management methodologies.
