Ura | OP Pohjola is seeking an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist to join its Development and Technologies organization, a unit of 5000 IT professionals. In this role, you will strengthen IT risk management and compliance, ensuring services and environments are secure, high-quality, and compliant with regulations as part of an expert team.
What You'll Do
- Enable risk management and compliance considerations in daily operations within your own area of responsibility.
- Ensure continuous risk assessment, development of control activities, and maintenance of preparedness plans.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of requirements from OP Pohjola and regulatory authority supervision.
- Participate in stakeholder collaboration related to operational risk management and compliance, and in activities concerning regulatory supervision from the perspective of IT operations.
- Produce clear and high-quality documentation and presentation materials, describing complex entities understandably for different stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in IT risk management and the implementation and assurance of requirements or operating practices.
- Understanding of industry regulations, standards, and authority processes, and ability to interpret and implement related requirements.
- Knowledge of IT development and production operating models.
- Process-oriented thinking.
- Ability to assess the impacts of risks on services, systems, and processes.
- Ability to produce clear and impactful written and visual material and present complex entities understandably.
- Self-directed initiative, careful work, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous, time-critical projects.
- Fluent communication in Finnish and English.
- A relevant higher education degree, e.g., in information systems, risk management, cybersecurity, or law.

You will work as part of an expert team within the Development and Technologies organization of 5000 IT professionals, collaborating with a Risk & Compliance Lead and operational responsible persons.

Work Mode
