Alfasigma Global is hiring a Manager, Customer Network Management to join our Commercial Team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and developing our most critical internal and external networks, with a primary focus on Northern and Eastern Germany and project-related activities beyond. You will drive innovative projects, build strong relationships with external specialists and Health Care Professionals, and actively contribute to advancing our market strategy both regionally and globally.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage strategically relevant networks in clinics and institutions.
- Analyze regional market and network structures and identify trends.
- Investigate decision-making and organizational structures within key accounts.
- Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access Managers, Marketing, and Sales teams on various cross-functional projects.
- Initiate, organize, and execute national cross-district and regional initiatives.
- Develop and expand regional and national networks and initiate projects.
- Represent Alfasigma at specialist events.
- Manage special project budgets, speaker events, regional/national workshops, round tables, and other external expenses.
- Collaborate with external partner companies such as agencies or expert associations to manage projects or services.
- Initiate and steer projects for Alfasigma products aimed at medical professionals.
- Prepare action plans for customers/networks, define projects, and communicate necessary measures to support goal achievement.
- Support the identification and resolution of problems and opportunities through proactive collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
- Develop strategies and tactics to further build customer networks and referral structures.
- Consistently accelerate the patient journey by identifying and removing barriers, and identifying and realizing opportunities in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete all relevant administrative tasks (e.g., project updates, cost control) on time and correctly.
- Comply with all national laws, as well as internal and external regulations.
- Participate in and help shape congresses, regional sponsorships, and events in collaboration with the responsible functions.
- Conceptualize projects and integrate brand strategy in close cooperation with Marketing.
- Develop a KPI dashboard, measure the success of activities, and adjust measures as needed.
- Coordinate top accounts across various functions.
What We're Looking For
- Medical or scientific degree or qualification according to §75 AMG / §83 MPDG.
- Experience in Customer Network Management, Customer Engagement Management, or Key Opinion Leader Engagement.
- Project management experience.
Team & Environment
You will be a member of the Alfasigma Commercial Team, collaborating closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and other product lines.
