Premier Research is hiring a Manager of Clinical Operations (Central Monitoring) to lead our Central Monitoring team. In this role, you will manage employees and ensure project teams consistently meet client expectations while championing Central Monitoring both within our organization and with Sponsors. What You'll Do

• Manage Central Monitor employees within clinical operations and oversee employee resource projections.
• Ensure audit preparedness for Central Monitoring Clinical Operations staff and act as company audit representation for Risk Based Quality Monitoring.
• Support bid defense activities and sponsor escalations related to Central Monitoring Clinical Operations.
• Participate in the recruitment, retention, and ongoing professional development of Central Monitoring Clinical Operations employees.
• Direct the development and management of Central Monitoring departmental performance metrics, training, and training standards for assigned regions.
• Champion Central Monitoring within the organization and with Sponsors.

What We're Looking For

• A recognized undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of 6 years of clinical research experience.

Nice to Have

• A degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Nursing, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience, including oversight of larger groups.
• Proven people management skills with the ability to guide staff through major changes, encourage teamwork, and develop team capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with analytical software like Tableau, Spotfire, or Cluepoint.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH/GCP E6/R2 and E6/R3.
