Biogen is hiring a Manager, Applications Services Lead, Commercial & Medical IT. In this role, you will lead the technical delivery of Veeva Vault solutions for the Global Commercial and Medical IT team, bridging business needs with technical development to drive value and better patient outcomes in the life sciences industry.

What You'll Do

• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate specifications into configurations and customizations in Veeva Vault technologies.
• Direct a team in the design, development, testing, and delivery of high-value Veeva Platform solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to achieve defined outcomes and foster collaboration.
• Create and maintain solution architecture documentation, models, and Architecture Review Board materials.
• Drive continuous improvement of technology tools and platforms within the Global Commercial and Medical IT landscape.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant business technology experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on delivery experience with Veeva Vault technologies (Promomats, Medcomms).
• Expertise in the life sciences industry, including knowledge of MLR processes.
• Certifications in Veeva Vault technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodology.

Nice to Have

• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with SAFe methodology.
• Knowledge of REST API integration patterns.
