Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and creation of social listening reports, campaign evaluations, and on-demand analytics projects, converting data into meaningful client insights.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to fulfill client analytics needs; define strategic direction, conduct analysis, and present clear, practical recommendations.
  • Detect, evaluate, and explain key trends and patterns in large datasets to guide client strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Build and implement strategic measurement models to support continuous performance tracking and improvement across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
  • Promote effective data analytics practices internally and to clients, manage tight timelines, strengthen client partnerships, and guide early-career analytics team members.
  • Stay current with emerging and existing analytics technologies and platforms, and proactively integrate AI tools to enhance analytical depth and insight quality.
