KPMG Spain is looking for a Manager to join the People & Change – HR Transformation & Technology practice within KPMG Consulting. Based in Barcelona, you will lead and deliver people-related transformation initiatives for clients and collaborate with the Madrid team and the global KPMG network to grow the practice.
What You'll Do
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client engagements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, develop deliverables, and manage projects and finances.
- Coach and guide junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively engaging to understand challenges and identify value-creation opportunities.
- Contribute to business development, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Support the development of the practice’s intellectual capital, methodologies, thought leadership, and internal knowledge assets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 7–10 years of experience in consulting, preferably in HR Transformation, Human Capital, or People & Change.
- Experience defining and implementing HR Target Operating Models (processes, service delivery models, governance).
- Experience working with HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or ServiceNow.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Catalan language skills.
- Relevant certifications such as HCM platform certifications (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle), Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Prosci, PMI, SHRM, or other HR technology certifications.
- Experience in Talent & Culture, Change Management, Organization Design, HR Analytics, or Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP).
