Every is hiring a Managed Services Program Manager to lead the business development and go-to-market strategy for Arrow ECS Managed Services. You will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction, building operational processes, and cultivating strong relationships with partners and customers, acting as a critical liaison between internal teams and clients.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new managed services opportunities with ECS reseller partners and end user customers through analysis and research.
- Assist in developing and executing business strategy, sales, and marketing plans for managed services solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, manage, and create strategic relationships with suppliers, customers, and vendors within specific technologies to influence revenue growth.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with Arrow channel partners as their trusted business development advisor.
- Work alongside account management, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
- Track performance and impact of delivered insights to reinforce value in future engagements and solution enhancements.
- Gather and apply customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve solution offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field and 12 years of related experience.
- Knowledge or experience with at least 4 of the following IT vendors: Dell, Cisco, Palo Alto, AWS, IBM, HPE, Nutanix, VMWare, RedHat, Microsoft, Citrix, Veeam, Juniper, or Google Cloud.
- Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in managed services and program management.
- Strong track record of revenue growth and business development for managed services.
- Ability to solve complex problems using a broad perspective to identify solutions.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations.
- Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team for project success.
- Experience engaging IT suppliers, vendors, or partners in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- MBA is a plus.
