Lessen is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential portfolio in Nashville. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for preserving property condition and ensuring tenant satisfaction through timely repairs and general upkeep.
What You'll Do
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify necessary repairs
- Complete work orders promptly and maintain detailed service records
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in residential property maintenance or a related skilled trade
- Ability to diagnose and repair issues across plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
