Ferrero Group is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the comprehensive maintenance management of our industrial plant, ensuring operational continuity and equipment reliability. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and security standards, all within a culture that nurtures curiosity and abilities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and supervise the maintenance plan and budget, ensuring availability of spare parts and materials for optimal plant operation.
- Assign maintenance activities according to team specialties and skills, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Design and review maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Contract, evaluate, and technically manage external suppliers and services to ensure quality and compliance with agreements.
- Lead improvement projects in facilities to optimize processes related to maintenance.
- Establish work standards and procedures for the optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security regulations, promoting continuous improvement of production processes.
- Actively collaborate in professional family activities at local, HCo, and/or Industrial levels.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical engineering background with experience in electronics and automation.
- Approximately 5 years in similar roles within production plants or machinery maintenance.
- Solid communication skills and strong people management abilities.
- Analytical and reporting skills with proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to perform duties in alignment with company ethical standards and values.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage conflict and uncertainty.
- Enthusiasm and a result-oriented commitment to excellence.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Experience in multinational companies.
- Previous experience with SAP.
