Flux IT SA is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer Ssr to design and execute applied research that validates the use of Machine Learning and Generative AI in real-world scenarios with prospects and clients. What You'll Do
- Design and execute applied research validating Machine Learning and Generative AI in real-world scenarios.
- Create Proofs of Concept (POCs) to reduce technical uncertainty and establish foundations for productive and commercial initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- At least three years of experience in a Machine Learning Engineering role.
- Practical experience in Generative AI, especially in Natural Language Processing (NLP) with LLMs.
- Proficiency in frameworks and libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LLM fine-tuning tools.
- Ability to autonomously design and execute data and model pipelines.
