About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and train machine learning models using large-scale datasets
- Deploy models into production environments with monitoring tools
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine model inputs and outputs
- Optimize algorithms for speed and accuracy
- Maintain documentation for model development and deployment
- Evaluate model performance using statistical methods
- Work with engineering teams to integrate models into software products
- Ensure models comply with data privacy standards
- Troubleshoot issues in model inference pipelines
- Improve data labeling processes for training sets
- Research emerging techniques in deep learning and NLP
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for model validation
- Scale infrastructure to support high-throughput predictions
- Monitor system health and model drift over time
- Refactor legacy machine learning code for better performance
- Support the creation of data pipelines for real-time processing
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Contribute to architectural decisions for ML systems
- Assist in defining metrics for model success
- Work closely with product managers to align ML features with user needs
- Develop tools for automated model retraining
- Ensure reproducibility of experiments and results
- Integrate third-party APIs for data enrichment
- Apply best practices in version control for datasets and models
- Collaborate on ethical AI guidelines for model deployment
Nice to Have
