Capgemini is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to build innovative models with a focus on Generative AI and NLP. In this role, you will design data pipelines in cloud environments and work with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop machine learning models with a focus on Generative AI and NLP.
- Design and implement data pipelines and workflows in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and visualization to uncover trends and patterns.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and cloud technologies.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leverage cloud resources for scalable and efficient NLP and deep learning applications.
- Design, implement, and optimize distributed and parallelized algorithms for NLP and deep learning tasks.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in BigData roles, Machine Learning, data models, and Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge in Data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Experience in scripting with Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
- Proficiency in NLP techniques and transformer-based models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or Azure) for scalable ML.
- Knowledge of MLOps basics (CI/CD, model deployment).
- Advanced English Level.
