Side is looking for a LQA Game Tester (Turkish) - Freelance Remote to join our Localization Quality Assurance team. As the first person to see the localized game in its entirety, you will ensure it is free from errors and accurately adapted for the Turkish market, contributing to delivering unforgettable game experiences.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with a global project team.
- Identify and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and other language errors.
- Ensure adherence to console manufacturer guidelines.
- Log details of errors and issues, providing improvement suggestions.
- Ensure accurate translation within context and maintain consistency in terminology and imagery.
- Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure proper display/format of dates, calendars, and characters.
- Write reports on errors and bugs found and perform ad hoc translation.
- Oversee the quality of your work, collaborate with the team, and contribute to the overall success of projects.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Turkish.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
- Strong cultural understanding of Turkish.
- Computer literacy – particularly with Excel.
- Robust Internet research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and collaborate within project teams.
- Candidate must be located within the Schengen Area.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with using different software, applications, and websites.
