Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is seeking a LOTO Intern for a 6-month internship at our Mons-en-Baroeul brewery. In this role, you will lead a critical cross-functional project to develop comprehensive Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) procedures for a recently modified industrial process. Your work will directly ensure the safety of operators and technicians during production and maintenance tasks.
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze all existing documentation, including previous procedures, supplier technical data, and maintenance plans.
- Lead the project transversally by integrating safety specialists and operational staff.
- Determine the optimal methods to secure equipment and installations for safe production and maintenance interventions.
- Formalize the new LOTO operating procedures.
- Train future personnel who will perform the interventions.
What We're Looking For
- Recognized autonomy, critical thinking, and a methodical mindset.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different interlocutors.
- Bac +4/5 level, typically from an engineering school, and currently seeking an internship.
- Comfort with digital tools and reading technical documents like P&IDs and maintenance plans.
- A good level of English (written and spoken).
- First experience in an automated industrial environment.
Team & Environment
