Capgemini is looking for a Logistics Coordinator Consultant to support our pharmaceutical clients in Île-de-France with operational management and streamlining of logistics flows within GMP environments. You'll be responsible for the availability of raw materials, components, packaging items, and finished products while ensuring documentary and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate internal and external logistics flows: supplies, receipts, shipments, order preparation, and tracking.
- Manage inventory: stock counts, coverage analysis, adjustments, and shortage monitoring.
- Ensure GMP compliance of operations: traceability, documentation, record-keeping, and deviation management.
- Handle supplies in collaboration with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams.
- Monitor logistics performance: KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis.
- Participate in implementing or improving logistics processes (Lean, 5S, flow optimization).
- Contribute to managing logistics non-conformities (logistical OOS/OOT, transport incidents, condition reports).
- Collaborate on preparing internal/external audits and respond to related requests.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and the evolution of the logistics information system (SAP or other ERP).
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain, industrial management, or equivalent.
- 5 to 10 years of logistics experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency with ERP tools (SAP ideally) and logistics practices under GMP constraints.
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP standards and associated quality documentation.
- Strong analytical skills, priority management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Professional proficiency in English.
