Inventive Food Technology (IFF) is hiring a Logistics Coordinator - Regional

Inventive Food Technology is looking for a Logistics Coordinator - Regional to become the central link between Customer Service, Planning, Quality, 3PL warehouses, and freight forwarders. You will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth flow of our regional logistics operations, proactively identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between Customer Service, Planning, Quality, 3PL warehouses, and freight forwarders.
• Support the day-to-day activities of external 3PL warehouses, including SAP transactions, order processing, and shipping document preparation.
• Monitor operational processes, identify issues, escalate as needed, and provide effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and assist with import/export customs matters.
• Execute SAP transactions for material movements, relabeling, and inventory adjustments.
• Manage logistics performance metrics and verify 3PL service invoices for processing.
• Participate in and support projects focused on logistics process improvement and cost optimization.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and provide effective resolutions.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in International Trade & Business, or a Logistics-related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics management with import and export exposure.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, and HANA.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative and a team player.
• Strong cross-cultural awareness.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in English and local languages.
• Solutions-driven and thrives under pressure.
• Experience in a chemical industry MNC and with SAP.
