Logistics Coordinator – Remote (LATAM)
Role Overview
This position supports the end-to-end coordination of international shipments within a growing e-commerce environment. As a key member of the operations team, you will oversee carrier relationships, track delivery performance, and ensure accurate documentation across all logistics activities. The role is fully remote, designed for candidates based in LATAM who can work in alignment with UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor shipments moving across global regions
- Collaborate with major couriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx to manage dispatch and delivery timelines
- Use freight and logistics platforms to coordinate international freight movements
- Investigate and resolve issues including delayed deliveries, lost packages, and shipping discrepancies
- Keep comprehensive and up-to-date logistics records in NetSuite
- Analyze shipment data using Microsoft Excel to support performance tracking
- Communicate with fulfillment centers and logistics providers to address operational challenges
- Provide regular reporting and shipment updates to the operations team
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or fulfillment operations
- Hands-on experience preparing and managing commercial invoices
- High level of organization and precision in data handling
- Working proficiency with NetSuite for logistics tracking and recordkeeping
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and analysis
- Familiarity with major carrier systems and freight management platforms
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to maintain a schedule aligned with UK working hours
Compensation & Work Environment
This is a full-time, fully remote role offering $1,000 per month. Candidates must be based in eligible LATAM countries and available during UK business hours. The position provides opportunities for professional growth within a scaling international e-commerce organization.
