Koin Limited is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of shipments, carriers, and logistics processes across our brands. This is a full-time remote role for LATAM-based candidates, where you'll work closely with the Head of Operations and the operations team to ensure shipments move efficiently from warehouses to customers.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and track shipments across multiple international markets
- Coordinate with shipping carriers including UPS, DHL, and FedEx
- Work with freight platforms to manage international shipments
- Investigate delivery delays, lost parcels, or shipping exceptions
- Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records in NetSuite
- Track logistics performance and shipment data using Excel
- Communicate with fulfilment partners and logistics providers to resolve issues
- Support the operations team with logistics reporting and shipment tracking
What We're Looking For
- Experience in logistics, shipping coordination, fulfilment, or supply chain operations
- Experience with commercial invoices is a must
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using NetSuite
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with UPS, DHL, and FedEx shipping processes
- Experience using freight platforms or shipment tracking systems
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work aligned with UK business hours
