Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch new hardware orders to farmers across all New Zealand regions
- Work closely with our 3PL partners, holding them accountable to speed and quality
- Manage timelines, track shipments, and proactively solve delivery issues
- Keep our internal teams aligned and informed
- Dive into the details when something doesn’t look right
- Continuously improve the dispatch process so it scales cleanly
